I supervise the day-to-day operation of the team of Housing Management Officers. I'm involved in lettings, marketing, staffing, logistics, Health & Safety and enjoy making operational improvements to hopefully provide a better service to students. I studied English and History at Leeds Beckett (formerly Met) and in my spare time I love listening to live music as well as playing it. I also really enjoy arts and spend as much time as I can in the wonderful Yorkshire outdoors.

I am responsible for refurbishing Unipol's properties, and providing technical support to the Housing team.

I am responsible for coordinating and undertaking a number of key tasks within the Unipol housing team including staffing, staff training, lettings, licensing, and partners’ relations.
