Can I collect my delivery?

If you are in a large shared building, ensuring you wear a mask and sanitise your hands when you go to receive your food delivery. Touch as little areas as possible. 

I am struggling to get a delivery slot

 If you cannot get a supermarket delivery for a few days, you should use a delivery service like Deliveroo to pick up and deliver the essentials you require.

Morrisons have extended their doorstep delivery service to include students. The number to call is 0345 611 6111 option 5. This is outside of the normal online delivery service

Leeds Conservatoire Students

If you are struggling to get online food deliveries, consider joining the Leeds Conservatoire Students’ Union Isolation Help Facebook group and they will match you up with one of their volunteers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/lcsuisolationhelp/. Or email help@lcm.ac.uk if you have any concerns whilst self-isolating.

Leeds Trinity University

If you report self isolation on your MyLTU App, under the coronavirus tab, and it will go through to their student support team. They will then keep in regular contact with students and help in any way they can.

Bradford University students

This form should be filled in if you are quarantining in your accommodation and are unable to access food. Please complete this form and a member of the team will then get in touch with you to organise a delivery.

Nottingham Trent University students

Get in touch with student support service if you have tried all options to get supplies and are still struggling. They can offer additional support.
