If you are staying with Unipol next academic year, book to stay overnight on the final day of your tenancy

Unipol will not issue keys for your new tenancy before the start date of the contract. We understand that you might need to stay overnight until you can pick up the keys for your new tenancy.

Fill in the booking form on this page to confirm you need to stay overnight on Wednesday 30th June 2021.

Keys for your new house will be available from 9am - 4.45pm on Thursday 1st July 2021.

 There are a few simple conditions attached;

• Remove all rubbish & belongings from the property.
• Move out by 8.00am the next day
• Return the keys to Unipol no later than 9am promptly so they can be issued to the incoming tenants

Please note - in certain circumstances we may not be able to offer you an overnight stay even if you are staying with Unipol. It might be that the owner does not permit it or the property is leaving Unipol's portfolio. We will contact you if this the case, so you can make alternative arrangements. 

If you are not staying with Unipol next academic year, then your keys should be return to Unipol by 2pm on the last date of your tenancy.
